Fit Well, Spr - Fit Well personal
training studio, Springfield, NJ
Abs - 15 or 30 min ab and back conditioning
Boxing - heavy bags are used. Medium to high intensity
Cardio Kickboxing - no heavy bags. Medium to high intensity
Club Strength - muscle endurance, strength training. Medium to high intensity
Flex Ball – total body conditioning classes done with the addition of a stability ball.
Kickboxing - heavy bags are used. Medium to high intensity
Kickboxing @ Fit Well - kickboxing techniques taught. Email or call for cost of class.
Martial Arts - there is contact in these classes. Medium to high intensity
Self-defense - self-defense techniques, medium intensity
Spin – indoor cycling. Medium to high intensity.
Sport Circuit - stations emphasizing sport movements (cardio based). Medium to high intensity
Studio Sampler – three 20 minute sample classes given in an hour (i.e.: Boxing, Sports Circuit, Abs).
Medium intensity.
